They may have 'got the right judge' over the Kelly report, but it may actually work against them in the cash for honours enquiry.
The legal system, Police, Judge etc will not want to be lambasted and discredited in the same way Hutton was, after his whitewash.
They will not want their reputaions tarneshed, especially not to defend a dying regime.
